Within the scope of the project developed for the purpose of Corporate Business process management of the Ministry of Accounts, the business processes of many units such as Human Resources Information System, Education Management System, Mobile Management System, Card Access Systems, Social Facility Management are implemented in an integrated manner with External Institutions.
Istanbul Technical University is managing a project developed for the General Directorate of Forestry of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Turkey. Initiated in 2014, and with our involvement as a development partner, this project has moved the activities of the General Directorate of Forestry into the electronic environment. Within the project scope, 41 software components have been developed, physical documents have been digitized, and geospatial data existing in paper format has been coordinated and added to the system. The project includes components such as Enterprise Resource Planning, Geographic Information Systems, Electronic Commerce Systems, and Mobile Applications. Real-time integration has been established in more than 40 public institutions. The system is used by over 20,000 internal users and over 100,000 external users in 28 Regional Directorates, 250 Operation Directorates, and 2,400 Operation Offices across Turkey.
Access Control Systems
This is a web application project based on a geographic information system for creating air pollution inventories at the province, district, neighborhood, and street levels in Turkey. As a development partner in the project, decision support systems, business intelligence, and portal applications were used to create the air pollution inventory map of Turkey and to take necessary measures.
The project developed by the Legal General Directorate of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure aims to integrate the processes and operations developed with the UYAP, BelgeNet, and other corporate applications. The project has been prepared entirely with an open-source code architecture. The web-based applications developed can also be accessed via mobile devices.
We have undertaken the project as a development partner, where the management of all immovables belonging to public institutions in our country is carried out through Geographic Information Systems and corporate applications. Activities have been carried out for the transformation of the entire database and reporting tools of the project into an open-source code architecture, as well as for data transfer and the development of additional models as needed.
A mobile application-supported information system project has been developed for tracking and informing individuals taken to Hajj and Umrah by the Presidency of Religious Affairs. The project includes Android and IOS mobile applications and a web-based information system application developed with Java, focusing on the accommodation, nutrition, health, stock visit locations, and other procedures of 600,000 people annually in the holy lands.
